Entry requirements
- These prize draws are open exclusively to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

- Entries from third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted.
- Entry is limited to 1 per person.
The winning entry for each prize draw will be the first entry selected at random via computer, from all entries received by the draw date specified.
Prize Details:
- Location – Sussex, UK
- The prize is for 2 people and the winner will receive a voucher valid for 10 months. Please note that this tour is available on selected dates only. Minimum age for this experience is 18 years old. Your experience starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm including an hour for lunch. Lunch will be provided and one complimentary bottle of wine from the vineyard will be given to the winner to take away as a reminder of their tour. Tours consist of no more than 30 participants on the day.
- Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that individual operator may have. Please note that experiences and other products are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Experiences are subject to availability and, in some cases, subject to weather conditions on the day. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking well in advance and not to organise travel or accommodation until the booking has been confirmed by the operator.
- You must obtain a booking confirmation letter or number from the operator.
- Details of event duration given on the website and gift voucher are to be used as a guide only. Most events will be ‘open’ days, meaning that other members of the public will be taking part too. This could mean taking your turn with other members of the public. The information on our website and gift voucher is meant as an indication of what to expect at your session. Delays, curtailments and breakdowns are not within our control and therefore we cannot be held liable.

- Prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Prizes must be taken within 10 months of receiving the voucher.
Booking Instructions
Once the winner receives their presentation pack and voucher they will need to follow enclosed instructions on booking.
Closing Date
- Any entries received after the closing date specified will not be accepted by the Promoter. The closing date for this promotion is 01/11/08.
Notification to winners and acceptance of prizes
- The winning entry for this draw will be selected at random via computer.
- The winner will be notified via email by the 15/11/08 that they have won a prize and must confirm acceptance of their prize via reply email within 14 days of the notification email being sent.
- If the winner does not comply with these requirements they will automatically forfeit their right to the prize and another winner will be selected.
General
- Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive.
- The Promoter cannot accept responsibility any loss or corruption of data in transit, which may result in entries being lost, delayed or incomplete.
- The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternatives are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
- The prize is non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another participant.

Prize Details:
- Bookings must be made through Concepts for Travel (ABTA E0121, IATA 91265344, ATOL 9317)
- This prize is for two people and includes flights from Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, London Luton, London Gatwick or London Heathrow, as well as double/twin-room accommodation for two nights in a 3* equivalent centrally located Paris hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis.
- The trip includes a two hour city tour followed by a delightful lunch cruise along the Seine. This tour will take you around the best of Paris in two hours, escorted by a driver guide. You will see The Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triumph, Concorde Square, the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, the Opera, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Madeleine Church and many more. After having shown you the key spots of Paris, you will be embarking on a delightful lunch cruise on the Seine. Your tour will terminate at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Tour includes local transportation, services of a driver-guide, photo stops at the Invalides, Trocadero and Notre-Dame Cathedral and Lunch Cruise.
- This prize must be booked and taken before 15/04/09 excluding travel during Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday periods and special event days. 14 days advance booking required.
- Flights and hotels subject to availability. Any additional supplements required that are not stated in the prize description will be at an additional cost to the winner. Cancellation of bookings will incur cancellation of complete prize benefits.
- Each winner must purchase adequate travel insurance for the whole trip. Concepts for Travel must be supplied with the travel insurance policy number and emergency contact details at the time of booking.
- Each holiday booking is a contract between the individual who is booking their holiday and Concepts for Travel, made on the basis of the Concepts for Travel terms and conditions. Specific terms and conditions for each prize will be available at time of booking.
- The prize excludes travel to and from the UK departure airport, which is the winner’s responsibility.
- The lead passenger on the booking must be aged 18 years or over at time of travel.
- The prize winner or lead traveler must provide details of a valid passport and insurance for both travelers at the time of booking. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to arrange passport, visa and insurance requirements for both passengers. Passengers must have full and valid passports to visit non-UK destinations with at least 6 months validity after the date of return to the UK. The trip must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Strictly no amendments or cancellations can be made once your prize booking is confirmed. To cover credit card commissions and all other expenses payable by Concepts for Travel, all credit card payments for any additions or upgrades or are subject to a 2% charge.
